Location: London (Head Office) with client opportunities across the UK

Department: Audit, Accounts & Advisory

Type: Full-Time, Graduate Entry

Salary: £33,000 to £42,000 + ACA sponsorship + benefits

About Us

We are a professional services firm specialising in audit, financial reporting, and business advisory. With clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to established multinationals, our graduates gain a breadth of experience across industries and sectors.

We believe the best accountants are made through real client exposure, structured training, and professional qualification support. That’s why we offer a fully sponsored ACA pathway, tailored development plans, and mentorship from experienced chartered accountants.

Role Overview

As a Graduate Accountant, you will join a three-year structured training programme designed to give you both the technical expertise and client-facing skills needed to qualify as a Chartered Accountant (ACA).

During this time, you will rotate across audit, financial reporting, and advisory assignments, ensuring you gain exposure to all aspects of accountancy. You will be given responsibility early, from drafting financial statements to assisting with audits, while also studying toward the ACA qualification with full sponsorship and dedicated study leave.

Successful graduates typically qualify within 3 years and move into roles such as Senior Accountant, Audit Associate, or Finance Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare draft financial statements and assist in client audits.
• Conduct reconciliations, variance analysis, and support month-end processes.
• Collaborate with advisory teams on tax, compliance, and business support projects.
• Research accounting standards and apply them to client casework.
• Attend client meetings, draft reports, and provide accurate financial insights.
• Ensure all work meets UK accounting standards and professional conduct requirements.

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Qualities

• A strong academic background, ideally with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Mathematics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English.
• Must have knowledge of AML and UK financial regulations (CPD certification acknowledged).
• Commitment to building a career as a Chartered Accountant.

Desirable Extras

• Internship or work experience within accounting, audit, or finance.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems such as Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP.
• Demonstrated teamwork or leadership experience.

Career Progression & Benefits

• ACA Sponsorship: Full funding for all ACA exam fees, study leave, and professional registration.
• Learning & Development: Comprehensive induction programme followed by structured rotations across accounting, audit, and advisory.
• Career Pathway: Typical progression to fully qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA) within 3 years.
• Tuition Reimbursement: If you already hold the ACA or ACCA qualification, there may be opportunities for reimbursement of tuition costs, provided the course or qualification is job-related and directly relevant to your role.
• Work Flexibility: 1 day remote working per week once probation is completed.
• Annual Leave: A competitive holiday package including 25 days of personal leave, plus additional days for public holidays and study support when preparing for ACA exams.
• Visa Sponsorship: Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available for eligible graduates.
• Location Advantage: Based in London with opportunities to gain experience with clients across the UK.
