About Us
We are a London-based investment and advisory firm committed to integrating sustainability and responsible investment into every decision we make. Our ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) team works closely with portfolio managers, clients, and research partners to ensure that capital is allocated responsibly while delivering strong long-term returns.

Joining as a Graduate ESG Investment Analyst means contributing to one of the fastest-growing areas of finance, where regulatory expectations and investor demand are driving change across the industry.

Role Overview
This role is designed for graduates who want to combine financial analysis with sustainability research. You will assess ESG risks and opportunities across companies, sectors, and portfolios, producing research and models that directly shape investment strategies.

You will gain exposure to global ESG frameworks (such as SFDR, TCFD, and EU Taxonomy), while working with both financial data and non-financial metrics such as carbon intensity, board diversity, and supply chain risk. Over time, you will contribute to client reporting, portfolio screening, and direct engagement with companies on ESG issues.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct ESG research on companies, industries, and markets, with a focus on material sustainability risks and opportunities
• Support integration of ESG factors into financial models and valuations
• Analyse and interpret ESG data from sources such as MSCI, Sustainalytics, and Bloomberg ESG modules
• Contribute to portfolio monitoring, identifying companies with high ESG risks or positive impact potential
• Prepare ESG reports, presentations, and client briefings highlighting sustainability performance
• Support engagement with company management teams on ESG policies and disclosures
• Stay up to date with global ESG regulations and frameworks (e.g., TCFD, SFDR, EU Taxonomy) and their impact on investment strategies

About You
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related discipline
• Strong interest in sustainable finance, responsible investing, and ESG frameworks
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Familiarity with ESG data providers (e.g., Bloomberg ESG, MSCI, Refinitiv, Sustainalytics) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, able to explain ESG issues clearly to clients and colleagues
• Highly motivated, adaptable, and able to balance multiple projects under deadlines
• An ESG investments–focused certification (minimum Level 4), verifiable through accredited bodies, is required for this role

What We Offer
• Competitive package: £36,000 – £43,000 base plus annual bonus and benefits
• Graduate ESG Training Programme: Fully paid induction covering sustainable finance frameworks, ESG data tools, and client reporting
• CFA ESG Certificate Sponsorship: Full financial and study support for the CFA ESG Investing Certificate, giving you a globally recognised qualification in sustainable finance early in your career
• International opportunities: Potential project work with European ESG investment hubs (Frankfurt, Luxembourg, Amsterdam), participation in sustainability-focused industry conferences (such as COP-related events), and collaboration with colleagues in North America and Asia on global responsible investment initiatives
• Career pathway toward ESG Investment Analyst, Senior ESG Analyst, and ESG Portfolio Manager roles
• No work-from-home option: This role is fully office-based, however nationwide and international travel may be required for projects, conferences, or client work
• 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and study leave for exams
