About Us

We are a growing wealth and investment management firm headquartered in Central London, providing tailored financial advice and long-term investment strategies to a diverse client base. From private individuals to corporate clients, our work is centred on delivering trusted guidance and building lasting financial partnerships.

We are currently recruiting Graduate Investment Managers to join our client advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who want to start their career in financial advisory, gain direct exposure to client relationships, and progress quickly into portfolio management roles.

Role Overview

This is a graduate entry position with a strong advisory and client-facing focus. From day one, you will be actively involved in supporting senior investment managers with client meetings, portfolio reviews, and preparing tailored investment proposals. You will gain exposure to a wide variety of asset classes, wealth strategies, and client needs, ranging from individuals building long-term wealth to businesses seeking sustainable investment solutions.

The role combines analytical skills with people skills: you will learn how to interpret financial data and market trends, then communicate insights in a way that clients can easily understand and act upon.

This role is designed to accelerate your growth, giving you early responsibility, mentorship from experienced professionals, and a clear career path toward managing your own portfolio of clients. Graduates who perform well will typically progress to Associate Investment Manager within 12 to 18 months, where you will begin to independently manage relationships and build your personal client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advisory Support: Work alongside senior managers in preparing and presenting investment recommendations.
  • Portfolio Reviews: Analyse client portfolios, track performance, and prepare reports to guide client decisions.
  • Research & Market Insights: Keep up to date with investment products, asset classes, and economic trends to inform client advice.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all advisory work is carried out in line with FCA rules and conduct standards.
  • Client Meetings: Draft materials, attend reviews, and provide follow-up support after meetings.
  • Professional Growth: Build the technical and interpersonal skills required to manage long-term client relationships within a regulated environment.

  • Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related subject.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and client-friendly manner.
  • Strong interest in investments, wealth management, and advisory services.

  • Must be compliant with the requirements of the FCA certification regime.
  • Driven, adaptable, and confident in working with clients.

Desirable Extras

  • Internship or previous experience in wealth management, private banking, or advisory services.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms or financial planning tools.
  • Interest in pursuing the CFA qualification.

Career Progression & Benefits

  • Professional Sponsorship: Full sponsorship for the CFA qualification
  • Structured Training: Fully paid induction covering advisory processes, client engagement, and investment planning. Graduates will also have dedicated time to pursue or complete field-related qualifications.
  • Career Pathway: Clear route to Associate Investment Manager within 12 to 18 months, leading to direct management of client portfolios.
  • Hybrid Working: 1 day remote working per week, with full equipment provided.
  • Generous Holiday Allowance: 25 days annual leave plus public holidays.
