About Us
We are a London-based investment research and advisory firm with a strong presence in the City, supporting institutional investors, asset managers, and private clients. Our teams deliver market-leading analysis across equities, fixed income, and alternative assets, combining quantitative research with direct client engagement.

By joining us, you’ll gain exposure not only to investment research but also to front-office experience, working alongside portfolio managers and contributing to discussions with clients on strategy and market outlook.

Role Overview
This position is designed for ambitious graduates looking to launch a career in front-office investment research. You will support senior analysts in producing detailed market analysis, sector reports, and investment recommendations that influence multi-million-pound decisions.

A major part of the role will involve using Bloomberg Terminal to extract, model, and interpret financial data, providing real-time insights that directly feed into client reports and investment strategies. You will also have the opportunity to present findings in internal meetings and occasionally with clients, building strong professional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform equity, sector, and macroeconomic research to identify investment opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, comparables, multiples) to support recommendations
• Monitor portfolio performance and prepare reports for both internal teams and clients
• Extract and interpret data from Bloomberg Terminal, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of analysis
• Draft research notes, presentations, and investment summaries for portfolio managers and clients
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategy discussions
• Support due diligence by reviewing financial reports, company filings, and market data

About You
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in financial markets
• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal (or strong familiarity) is a major advantage
• Solid Excel and financial modelling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication, with confidence in presenting findings to stakeholders and clients
• Knowledge of UK financial regulations is required and must be verifiable through Continuing Professional Development
• Motivated self-starter with the drive to build a career in front-office investment research

What We Offer
• Competitive package: £37,000 – £44,000 base salary, performance-based commission structure, and pension scheme
• 3-Month Induction Programme: Fully paid training period designed to introduce you to company systems, research processes, compliance standards, and professional skills needed to excel in a front-office research role
• CFA sponsorship: Full support for CFA Level I, with progression to Levels II and III for successful candidates
• Tuition reimbursement: If you already hold or are part-way through a recognised qualification (such as CFA, IMC, or equivalent), reimbursement options may be available
• Client exposure: Opportunities to participate in meetings, strategy sessions, and networking events with institutional clients
• Hybrid flexibility: One day per week remote work after probation
• Prime location: Based in the City of London, close to financial institutions, Bloomberg HQ, and major transport links
• Visa sponsorship: Available for eligible graduates
